Worked in a Filet Mesh stitch pattern
with double yarn overs, it transforms

FINISHING:

To achieve the openness and beauty of this piece, it will be necessary to block it when
you have finished knitting it. Gently wash and rinse your wrap. Then lay it out on a flat, padded surface, stretching it out in all into four dimensions. Pin it into place and allow it to dry thoroughly, usually about 24 hours.

For more information about blocking, see my “Tips and Techniques” page on Blocking:

When dry, remove the blocking wires and pins to release the garment. Trim yarn tails.

And get ready to wear your Café Capelet!
