Far North

Nothern Lights

1

Purchase Pattern: $12.00 CAD

The aurora borealis, also known as “Northern Lights”, plays across the northern sky in a mysterious dance of vibrant colours.

Work this piece in dramatic colours or try a more muted palette, if you prefer. A handpainted yarn, in combination with the sideways construction, will create its own unique display.

A solid colour will show the precision and delicacy of the stitch pattern and result in an understated, yet elegant version of this jacket.

The sample pictured is knit with Fleece Artist Big Blue, 100% Blue-Faced Leicester wool, (260 m./284 yds. per 250 g. skein), colour “Peacock”, size Medium.
