Ilga's Knitting World

From the entry 'Getting Ready for the Frolic'.

Can’t wait for the Frolic, I have a little list of things to get!  Are some of those yarns in the foto solid colours?  I am looking for solids in merino, or silk merino blend for Musetta...sadly the other yarns I played around with just didn’t cut it.
see you soon! laura

I have seen these works of art and others not shown here. in “the flesh’, it’s truly inspired, breathtakingly beautiful, and practically wearable gorgeous knitwear. I’m even lucky enough to own a piece, which I’ve had for over 15 years it’s timeless.  P.A.,

From the entry 'Respecting Nature Photographers'.

These fish are all tang fish.  The yellow is called a yellow tang, the blue a blue tang (really original huh!) and the larger blue one is a Power Blue Tang.  I used to keep salt water fish years ago and enjoyed having these fish.  The blue tang is just like Dory in the movie Finding Nemo.

What a beautiful post. I wish I lived closer to the ocean so I could go for walks on the beach in the winter.
