Arabella for Quarterly Shawl Club
Joslyn's Fiber Farm has chosen Arabella as its December shawl for the Quarterly Shawl Club.
Four times a year (June, September, December, and March), Joslyn's Fiber Farm sends out a shawl kit (pattern plus yarn). It is still possible to join the club and receive all four kits. The Arabella kit will have 100% fine wool yarn included, in a pale rose colour.
The Quarterly Shawl Club is an excellent chance to knit along with knitting friends and to sample the work of other shawl designers such as Sivia Harding and JoLene Treace.
If the full-scale Arabella stole is too much for you at this time of year, the pattern includes a scarf version as well.
The Arabella scarf takes only one 100-g. skein of a fingering weight yarn. It is shown here knit with Celestial Merino in "Sea Shell".
